2006 Canadian Census Data

The 2006 Canadian Census data provides the most recent snapshot of the nation's demographic landscape and cultural characteristics. The Census of the Canadian Population was conducted in May 2006 and the data will be provided by Statistics Canada in a series of 8 topic based releases starting in March 2007 and extending until May 2008.

The 2006 Canadian Census data will be available in a series of 8 topic based bundles or in its entirety; bundles may be licensed individually.

  •  Socio-Economic Trends - May 1, 2008

Census data is a key component to a wide variety of decision-support predictive analytic applications including site location, trend identification, category management, service planning, emergency systems and education. The Census is a key ingredient for other products including Estimates and Projections, PSYTE Advantage, as well as advanced analytical models.
